How to handle your first Rasheed conversation

A practical guide to context, replies, internal notes, and handoffs.

A calm, consistent first conversation starts with context.

## 1. Read before you reply

Check the customer’s latest message, account context, previous notes, and any open tasks. Restate the goal in your own words before choosing a reply.

## 2. Choose the right response

Use a saved reply when it matches the situation, then personalize the opening and next step. Link the relevant onboarding article when it will help the customer self-serve.

## 3. Leave useful internal context

Add an internal note when another teammate may need to continue the work. Include what happened, what you checked, and what remains.

## 4. Know when to hand off

Escalate billing, security, and unresolved technical issues. A strong handoff includes the customer’s goal, impact, troubleshooting already completed, and your recommended next step.

## Quick checklist

- Customer goal is clear

- Reply is specific and actionable

- Internal context is recorded

- Ownership is explicit

- Next step is visible to the customer
